Kristina is a recovering overwhelmed leader turned Business Coach. She believes that a leader who is well in their mind, body, and spirit can lead well, both in the workplace and at home. Kristina has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and spent 15 years in various leadership roles in Automotive Manufacturing. She started doing consulting in 2018 and now is the owner of Kristina Schmitt Development and a Certified The 6 Types of Working Genius Facilitator.
